What is your planning process?

Once we receive your inquiry, one of our team members will be in touch to discuss further details with you. This can be done via email, phone call or Zoom call.

As soon as the deposit is paid (50% of total), then your event is officially booked with us. Payment plans can be arranged as needed.

The remaining time leading up to the event will be sorting out all details and finalizing any additional vendor agreements. Our goal is for you to enjoy your celebration and let us take care of everything else!

Do you carry rentals?

Yes, there are some items we have available to rent for your event. Please see them here.

Are you balloons earth-friendly?

All latex balloons that we use for installations come high quality brands. We stand by their sustainability statements that they use natural rubber latex which is biodegradable. Meaning it is capable of decaying through the action living organisms.

Foil and mylar balloons are not biodegradable.

How long will my balloons last?

Typically latex balloon installations can last a few days to several months but it depends largely on their surrounding environment. If they are kept indoors in a cool space, they can last quite awhile.

Sun, heat and wind can cause latex balloons to oxidize very fast or even make them pop. If your event is outdoors, please be sure to let us know. We would advise balloon setups not to be in direct sun, however if that cannot be helped, please know they will not last as long.

What can you put on my balloons to help them last longer?

If requested, we can use a shine spray to slow the process of oxidation down for your balloons. This will make them shiny, so if you prefer a more matte look, it's not recommended that you have them sprayed.

Remember: Balloons naturally oxidize. What determines their longevity is weather: heat, sun and wind.


When will my order Ship?

Order from our party shop ship out in 1-2 days. It is important to us that you get your items as quickly as possible. Please plan ahead as shipping times become increasingly longer as we approach holidays!

Will I get a confirmation email with a tracking number?

Yes you will! Once the order is placed, you will first receive a confirmation email with the shipping you selected. There will also be a tracking number provided when the order has left our studio.

What is your Exchange Policy?

You may return your un-opened items for a full refund within 30 days of your order. Once received, refunds take 5-7 days to show as credited to your account.
